Building realization status as per January 2019

Panama Portfolio.com SA (PP) is a Panamanian entity under Dutch/USA/Panamanian management which acts since 2006 as asset manager for a group of Dutch investors and high networth individuals. Panama Portfolio manages 16 real estate projects at various locations in Panama.

Realising new sustainable communities

Three communities are currently in the building stage, “Coco Beach”, “Campana Villas” and “Villas de Chica”. Project “Gatun Beach” is also in the lot delivery stage. See below for more information and photos for current status of construction.

Coco Beach has been developed to the stage of “ready to build lots” including infrastructure, building permits and all necessary legal requirements. Delivery and registration in the public land registry of Panamá relating to phase 1 (81 building lots at the Coco Beach community) is scheduled for Q1 2019. These are risk-free titled lots, ready to build. The construction of the first villas has started and the construction of phase 1 of the main entrance building and beach club will also start Q1 2019.

Construction in the mountains

In the Campana Villas and Villas de Chica communities, located in the mountains one hour from Panama City, we also started simultaneously with the construction of villas.

For further details about our methods of construction and progress at the individual sites we offer scheduled skype video calls or telephone conversations with our Construction Manager. A prerequisite for these calls, is the refundable reservation of a lot in one of the communities, we ask for your understanding in this respect.
